Quality Assurance and Project Coordinator Intern – Nilhan Sarwar

This is Nilhan Sarwar, a final year student doing my BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from American International University Bangladesh. Recently I have joined Workspace Infotech Limited (WSIT) as a Quality Assurance and Project Coordinator Intern.

My first day at WSIT has been an overwhelming experience for me. Before going to the office I was so nervous thinking about how the working environment will be but at the same time I was equally excited to grab the very first opportunity of my career.

I reached the office at 8AM. The time when I entered the office I was taken to the meeting room. I sat there for a while. Then after some time I was taken to the QA room and was introduced to my team leader and I also met other team members. Then Upoma apu , QA lead, introduced me to other teams.

There was some electricity issue for some time so in the meanwhile all the members were gathered at the ground floor and created an amazing atmosphere by singing some beautiful songs. Everyone enjoyed the moment.

Then the electricity problem got solved. We all got back to our work. Upoma apu briefed some topics related to my field and gave me a task. The ambience at the office is praiseworthy. Everyone at the office is friendly as well as cordial. Hence, immediately all my nervousness went away and felt so confident.

I would be forever grateful to Abhijit Bhowmik Sir (HR) for providing me with this opportunity to begin my professional career. WSIT is such an optimistic place that will encourage everyone to work enthusiastically and gain experience. Blessed to be a part of WSIT.
