Job Responsibilities:

• Custom WordPress Development: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
• Elementor & Page Builders – Build high-quality pages using Elementor, WPBakery, and Gutenberg.
• WooCommerce Customization: Implement and optimize eCommerce functionalities.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure websites are fast, secure, and SEO-optimized.
• Third-Party API Integration: Work with payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal), CRM, and marketing tools.
• Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve WordPress-related issues.
• Cross-Browser & Responsive Design: Ensure mobile-friendly and visually appealing UI/UX.
• Version Control & Best Practices: Work with Git and maintain coding standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong experience in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Hands-on expertise in Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, and other page builders.
• Expertise in WooCommerce development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress security and optimization best practices.
• Experience in REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integrations.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for WordPress.
• Understanding of cPanel, hosting, and server configurations.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Experience working on custom theme and plugin development (not just template-based work).
• Proven experience in WooCommerce customization and API integrations.
• Must have completed at least 5 professional WordPress projects independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting complex WordPress issues.
• Agency or professional WordPress project experience is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working onsite at our Dhaka office (no remote or hybrid options).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with server environments, hosting management (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin), and website migration.
• Understanding of SEO principles and WordPress best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
