Job Context:

We are looking for a skilled MERN developer to join our growing team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-performance solutions that align with our business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and developers to build high-quality software solutions.
Design and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
Build interactive and optimized front-end components using React.js for exceptional user experiences.
Implement and manage database schemas using MongoDB, writing efficient queries for data retrieval and performance optimization.
Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall development quality.

Skill Requirements:

1. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
2. Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles.
3. Experience with server-side frameworks like Express.js and building RESTful APIs.
4. Knowledge of database concepts and experience working with MongoDB.
5. Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Experience Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
2. Strong experience in React.js, including Hooks, Redux, or Context API.
3. Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
4. Proven ability to design RESTful APIs and optimize backend performance.
5. Experience with state management, component reusability, and front-end performance optimization.
6. Experience in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting full-stack applications.
7. Prior experience in Agile development teams is a plus.
8. Portfolio or live project links required (GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar).

Additional Requirements:

1. Must be comfortable working onsite at our Dhaka office (no remote or hybrid options).
2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and optimize applications.
3. Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
4. Familiarity with cloud computing environments (AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
5. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
6. Familiarity with GraphQL and microservices architecture is a plus.
7. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
