First Experience with WSIT

It’s said that “Great satisfaction always comes with sharing with others”. So, I’m gonna share another new chapter of my career here. I’m Sadia Afrin Badhan. This is basically the 3rd workplace in my career. I recently completed my Bsc in SE from American International University – Bangladesh (AIUB) and joined here on 09th November 2020 as a Jr. Quality Assurance Engineer (intern). After a day of  the interview session which is 6th December, i had a call from the office and was told by respected Abhijit Bhowmik sir to join from 9th December 2020. I instantly had jitters thinking about joining here. I kept wondering about meeting the new challenges as well as new people at work with whom I’d love to work.

So, finally when the day came, I reported at 08:00AM. Everyone was maintaining social distance and hygiene due to Covid-19. I was taken to the 1st floor as the QA team works from there. I met the other team member Samia. She was really nice and introduced me with my job responsibilities shortly. Meanwhile our QA lead Upoma apu entered the room. She is really a kind soul as well as a great team leader. She also gave me a brief on my job responsibilities . After that Rony vaia introduced me to the developer team and the other employees. Everyone was really friendly and seemed cooperative.
After the meeting session, i returned to our room and had lunch together with my team members.  It was a good start for me though.

However, the work environment is really good, especially for the girls. I’m looking forward to learning and gathering more experiences which will help me in building up my career with Workspace Infotech Ltd.
