Set Up Your Email Signature in Gmail

In this century, you need to create your own impression to everywhere. Impression increase your acceptance and amplify your brand value. So how you will develop your impression?

I am not gonna write a book on impression. I just want to share you a way to improve your impression on the most usual communication like Email. You can easily increase the impression of your email just by adding a well designed signature in your email. Lets see the difference between with and without a email signature.

I think, it’s very clear without any explanation that An Email with a well-designed Signature is much more attractive. Lets see how you can create this signature in Gmail.

Setup an Email Signature in Gmail:

Gmail allows you to set up a signature to include in messages you compose.

To set up a signature that will be automatically appended to any emails you compose in Gmail, click the settings gear button and select “Settings” from the drop-down menu. Stay on the “General” tab, scroll down to the “Signature” section and select the option below “No signature” to turn the feature on.

Enter the text you want to use as your signature. If you have a logo, you can insert that as an image with your text or on its own. You can also add hyperlinks to text in your signature, by selecting the text for the link and clicking the “Link” button on the toolbar.

You can design a HTML for signature and use it. 

1. Create the signature as HTML;
2. Click it open in a browser window;
3. Press Ctrl-A to select all;
4. Press Ctrl-C to copy;
5. Paste it to the Signature Editor.

After completing set up, Click “Save Changes.”

You can edit or delete the signature manually once it is inserted into a new message.
