Job Context:
As a Client Service Executive in an IT firm, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support or assistance. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide first-level technical support, addressing issues related to software.
3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams or departments.
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues based on customer-reported problems.
5. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, aiming for first-call resolution.
6. Stay up to date with company products, software, and services.
7. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about product functionality, features, and updates.
8. Maintain customer records by updating account information in the company's CRM system.
9. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
10. Collect and document customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement in products or services.
11. Generate daily/weekly reports on customer interactions, common issues, and resolutions.
12. Work closely with internal teams (technical support) to resolve customer issues effectively.
Skill Requirements:
1. Strong technical knowledge of IT services.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
6. Excellent writing skills in both languages for clear and effective communication.
7. Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
Experience Requirements:
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably IT.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
